I went on a 4 day stay holiday with my husband & on the very first night that we enquired about a supersport channel 4 which I knew for a fact that they have it in their dstv hotel bouquet as I am working with commercial accounts I was told in a very rude, belittling, unwillingness to assist attitude by the duty manager Hayley Smith that they do not have the channel in question, after i insisted that she call Multichoice to verify what I am telling her, she called them in front of me & they confirmed that they definitely have the SS4 channel in their hotel bouquet. I left her while on the phone with them & when I got to my room, she called us back to tell us that she was advised that its a technical problem & that she is not willing to get or pay an installer to come in & fix the problem & she did not even apologise to me for misinforming, arguing & having a fit infront of me about the channels. I am appalled, disgusted & shocked at how such a beautiful hotel can hire such a person. I actually wanted to leave the hotel the very same night. I also left an engagement survey with Tammy-reception & to this day no one has come back to me.
