Worst Customer Service

I tried to get a hold of a consultant to explain to me the available options, but all their numbers are linked to excisting Discovery clients. Whenever I get through to a consultant, the seem to be incompetent to help me and then put me through to wrong departments or departments that only compensate for existing clients. Seems that they are not interested in having any new clients on their records. The worst service I had in a very very long time... Not expected from a Health Care Provider. Rubbish service!
