Fourteenth Green Guest Lodge
Unacceptable service on my wedding night!

I booked accomodation at fourteenth green guest lodge for my wedding night 6th April 2013. We were never once told what time is check out time nor what time breakfast was served. We slept a little bit late which could be expected on our wedding night. whilst freshening up and getting ready for breakfast we get a call at 10am saying that it is check out time and when will we be leaving? so I said that we were freshening up then coming up for breakfast, only to be told that breakfast is only served from 7:30 to 9AM. We had the wedding package, surely they could of sent breakfast down to our room? our complimentary champagne was also not in the room. My new wife and I left feeling hungry, thirsty and ripped off. When I brought these matter to the attention of the owners, I recieved attitude and they were not interested in resolving the problem..they claim that operating times are in a file situated in a draw next to the bed. as far as they are concerned they have done nothing wrong.. so much for customer satisfaction. They were also happy for me to leave as a unhappy customer instead of trying to make right. Very unprofessional and will not recommend them to anyone.
