Unfair treatment

We were ordering breakfast for a friend who was not feeling well on that day, so made an order at 840 as thier breakfast time end at 9, Candice who was the mananger ion duty that day refuse to make breakfast for him. We ask politely because he was gonna come later that 9 and he refuse although another person was cater for. We had to pay for the breakfast that was not served.
