WHATS THE USE

I'm in the unfortunate situation of being diagnosed with Diabetes. My medical aid company does not see that though as they only authorize on my chronic R400 ODD.
With that in mind my levy on the specific medication after paying over R3000 still am forced to pay a levy in the excess of over R400.
WHY CAN THE SHORTFALL NOT BE COVERED BY MY MEDICAL AID.
I have have never asked to be sick but now it seems that the medical aid does not see it that way.

What seems to amaze me that goverment hospitals can give these FREE TO PEOPLE IN NEED OF THEM but one that pay a medical aid have to still have to pay more and more.
Pathetic seeing that i cant cancel this rip off of a medical aid company that i duefully have being paying every month.
