T - Bone Steak gone bad

It was on the 2nd April 2013. Went to Squirres for dinner as it was my friend Janine's birthday the day before. Evening started off lovely. The Birthday girl ordered the T Bone steak which look amazing from the outside but!!! she asked me to taste the meat which i did do and ended up spitting it right back out. it was totally off and had a terrible off smell to it wrong oh n not forgetting we had to send the baked potato back twice as it was so over cooked and totally dried out.we called the manager come over apologized but said to him it tasted fine then while still having desert the workers started mopping the floor around us now you tell me what is happening to our hospitality industry as i too am a cook and that meat was totally off i feel they need to send a health inspector over to randomly test the kitchens it would be beneficial for us the consumer and it would protect them as a business. they did however credit the meal but i would never recommend anyone to go and dine there that it was also just done so that we would not still take the time to complain. I too am a chef and i would have come out to apologies to the guest seeing that there was about 10 guest :(
