Worse medical aid eve

Due to all the struggle and calls and money lost, they decided to cancel my contract.
Because I dint disclose a medical on the scheme that happened years ago. That I even don't remember. They are very quickly to apologise if they do something wrong, but I made an honest mistake or even didn't know that I had to tick that block. They just call u and tell we have cancelled your contract. I have never in my life come across such bad service. I'm an honest person, and maybe I did make a mistake, but instead of trying to correct it they just decided to cancel. I will take this further: the medical aid ombudsman, press, national consumer forum and the council of medical schemes. I will accept that I will pay my medical with cash. But this I never expected. Waiting for a card for 3 months and taking money out of my account because someone did not do their job. And know because I didn't fill in correctly and it was not something I was treated for in a sense they said I broke contract??? And that happened more a year ago. I will make people a ware and companies that I know. That Discovery is the worse medical aid ever.
