Poor service delivery and incorrectly charged

I went to Medicross Midrand Specsavers in January to do an eye test and i looked at some frames.
at the beginning of Feb I see that inspite of me not choosing a frame, i had been charged by that franchise R2600 for a frame.
highly annoyed about this all i received was an apology and the amount was refunded to my medical spending account.
in the first week of march, i dedided on a frame and went on to order it. after 7 days i called and the lady Agnas had completely forgot to make the order. i was appauled. she proceeded with order and then even 2 weeks later, i have not yet received my specs.
on monday after complaining on facebook page i get a call from franchise owner to say my glassses are suddenly ready.
I am so sick of poor service. they clearly do not understand what good customer service is or how to rectify the situation.
