Hollow On The Square Hotel
Awesome experience @ the HOTS Hotel

I had an awesome 5 week stay at the hollow on the square hotel Cpt. The staff delivered exceptional service and made me want to extend my stay but due to responsibilities, I was unable too. The one staff member that exceeded my expectations of this Hotel was Fahim Van Oordt, He was efficient, accountable, always making sure that my stay was a pleasant one, He also made sure my guest requests were taken care off quickily and I was given feedback to any uncertainities that may have arouse. Excellent customer service of this nature does not happen everyday and I am glad I was able to be a guest at the HOTS hotel and I will be sure to promote such a hotel to family and friends:)
