Terrible Service and Follow up doesnt even happen

We pay for my mother in-laws Medical Aid right, so we receive a Debit order of R1662 taken off, with that said an inconvenience fee charged by my Wife's Bank of 90 rand as this was overdrawn from her account, we called Discovery and we speak with this Denise person, she ensures us that our docs sent through has confirmed that My mom in-law doesn't work, and has no income what so ever. Right going forward she says she will correct this, with this, and the same day follow up with my wife to confirm that they will withdraw was was already taken out, and that going forward this would not happen again, that never happened... a week goes by, we receive an email that the services are suspended as we haven't paid R1662. We phoned again today, we speak with Cloee Harris, after hearing my wife complain, she disconnects the call, we call back and speak with Nelissa Mpimba, she said she has contacted the relevant people and going forward it will be OK, now will it? we never received any confirmation, i need to now make a manual payment so services are not suspended, and also who will be paying my Wife's honing fee of R90 due to the fact that Discovery messed this up badly.
