Lack of customer service

I have been trying to link my clicks card benefits with vitality and to date I am still waiting. I have also asked to a season manager to contact me regarding this query and to date still waiting for that. I have been missing out on. The benefits and find it very frustrating having to try solve the same thing over and over again.
