Ashanti Hotel
No one at reception!

We came to check into Ashanti hotel and there was no one at reception. We then had to call the gentlemen (who was allegedly manning reception that evening) with our OWN phones. When he picked up his phone, in the background we could hear music, thus concluding that he went off to party leaving no replacement. We then got a text telling us which room we should take and told to leave the cash downstairs without a receipt. of course we opted not too. I will not be going there again. This is your business, please make sure that you hire the right people for the job.
