Still no termination certificate

Good day,

On Friday Noli promised me that I will get my termination certificate before the end of the day.
It doesn't surprise me we know them by now with empty promises.
Today is monday and still nothing received. Then i don't mention my other complain, already 3 monthes and still no feedback!!!

Please assist me we need this info to join a new medical aid.
