Orthocast
3 months late on rebate/delivery! Pathetic!

Paid and was issued with a pair of stockings on the 7th Dec 2012. On arriving home to fit them, realised that I was issued with the wrong pair. Had to drive back the following monday to return them and ask for the correct pair. Over three months later, havent received a single call from the sunninghill branch to advise on what the status is.

Wasted time and money following up with both the branch and the headoffice. And every time there was a lack of interest in resolving the matter at hand. The receptionist even mentioned that she had escalated the matter to the two orthotists, who were rather concerned about the matter and would call be asap... still waiting for that "concerned call".

Its shocking that service providers think that this sort of behaviour will be entertained. And clearly securing business growth by retaining their customers is not a concern to Orthocast. We were referred to Orthocast by friends, after this experience, Orthocast has ensured one thing... a few less customers.
