ITCBA - what an incompetent company
Settled my account in May 2012...
receiving calls and sms'es on a WEEKLY basis... Ridiculous!!!
already faxed proof of payment a 1000 times.
apparently the calls are recorded BUT nothing is done to sort out my frustration!!!
Im soooooo fed up with this matter!!
Can someone from lancet sort this matter out
