Watch out when youre in hospital in icu

On 29 Jan 2013 I went in for a gastric bypass. on 30th I was in ICU and had been on oxygen for a day and a half. Whilst there a lady came to me and told me to sit up and patted my back for 5 mins. She didn't explain who she was, she didn't tell me of any charges she would levy against me. I already pd an amt of R77600 odd that woud have been my hospital bill so I assumed all was covered. Mita came back and patted me on the back for 5 mins a second time and on the 3rd time I had already been discharged from hospital but she found me in the waiting room. Only after the 3rd time she advised she was sending me an account? When I get the account it says I was charged for percussion, respiratory re-education and treatment at nursing home??? I never received percussion or re-education? and when I phoned her to ask what it is - she said "I DON'T HAVE TO KNOW". She also did't return my calls and said she was too busy to speak. Her bill is for just under R1000 for being patted on the back for 5 mins on 3 occasions? I DON'T THINK SO. Please beware that this doesn't happen to you. MITA - I want a full detailed explanation of bill otherwise I wont submit to medical aid.
