Im utter disgusted

A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. he is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption in our work. s. I refer to my telecoms with Danita who happened to be irritated when a customer calls her direct line during working hours. I have and still want to make it clear that I have options to select Momentun, Bonita's and Sizwe etc but still want to to complete this transaction you guys are giving me poor service for.
