The failing Medical Aid

I have had constant problems with Momentum ever since i joined. Have actually written about them before on this forum and the crux of the issue is the same: You speak to one person and they tell you one thing and you speak to another person and they say something completely different. My partner had an operation recently and there was a lot of drama about them authorizing it. It eventually happened after a few days of waiting but this made me completely question the reason i have a medical aid. Will i be covered in my time of need or will they be giving me the run around like they have been. I have two big issues, cannot get anyone to give me an accurate amount of how much i have in my savings. In December, my partner visited the doctor a few times and was told that payment was approved by medical aid. It turns out that some of those bills actually didn't go through. Trying to book a dentist appointment and apparently some of the bill from my last visit wasn't paid. Then, they raised my monthly installment/payment in January without consulting with me or even informing me of why this has happened. They also send confusing monthly statements that they don't even understand.
