No Refund for Unathorised change of plan

Resolution health has changed my medical aid plan without my concern. I did not sign any form to chane the coverr. On the 04/01/2013 I went to the head office to complain and request a refund, they said I won't get the refund. They told me that if you did not sign the change of plan form they automatically change you and it's my fault that they deducted. How can you do that? Do you know my affordability? I have never had of such a thing, I need my refund immediately and put me back to the old cover.

You deducted R3472 instead of R1268 from my account without my concern. My stop orders bounced beacuse of all this mess.

I also received a bad treatment at your reception because I was not even allowed to see manager to discuss this, they said they were busy. I must email.
