Resolution Health Medical Scheme
After a month no response

I layed a complaint against resolution on the 22 January 2013 . They emailed me back to inform me my query is under investigation. Its now a month later and I have not received anay explenation or word from them.
I made a payment today to the Doctors off a R1000.00 to start paying of the debth to get them off my back.
because resolution is not interested to sort out problems.
