Resolution Health Medical Scheme
COMPLAINING DOES NOT HELP

It does not help to complain about Resolution Health as their don't care.
My previous complaint on Hellopeter got a response from the "Client Service Dept" (if you can call it that) and that was it. Not a word from them again. Still waiting for my refund since 15 January 2013.

What a disaster this Medical Aid is. Even the Contribution Manager ignores you. Promises to call you back and you don't hear again from him.
