Rotten food, rotten attitude!

If you're ever in Durban DO NOT go to the Royal Hotel in 267 Anton Lembede Street. The only thing worse than the rotten steak they served me was the attitude of the frontline staff when I complained about it. And when I told him I was leaving he told me that I'm not gonna get my refund for 3 months "while they investigate what happened"!
