Waiter Picking his nose in full view of customers

On the 11th of July '13 we were dining at the Ciao Baby Clearwater branch. We were disgusted to witness one of the waiters (Graham) continuously picking his nose in full view of the customers. He was in the waiting area outside the kitchen oblivious to anyone watching. Please instruct your waiters to refrian from picking their noses!!! Slobs the likes of Graham with obvious hygiene issues are best kept out of your otherwise wonderful restuarant.
