I moved companies and moved from Discovery to Discovery, the transition period has been TERRIBLE, I've repeatedly requested that all my benefits move from the one to the other and called several times to make this happen. I've been trying to attend gym but keep getting told its inactive as waiting for the benefits to activate. Yesterday called to advise your points have moved but sorry your gym membership is cancelled, then to be threatended that they will listen to my tapes as to tell me I"m dillusional. I am completely dissappointed with Discovery, I've been a member for many years and I joined Vitality for my gym membership and due to waiting or lack of interest to get membership activated you tell me sorry its cancelled. I want to cancel the vitality now as if this is the treatment I get from Discovery Im not intersted in being a member!! Why do you employ call center staff that threat your members with such distaste. I will definitely spread the word on this as I find this completely and utterly unaccepted! Further to this if you told me on the 24th January when you finanlly activated my gym please go 2 times I would have gone, but it was not in the communication!
