Almost 4 weeks and no communication

I had my eyes tested on th 15th of Jan. The frame I wanted they only had in red, and she offered that she will order me a black one - it wont be a problem. On the 29th (2 weeks later) I went to them again, wanting to know when am I getting my specs? No one could tell me whats happening. Half an hour later they phoned me to come in again as I needed to choose frames AGAIN. Phoned them this morning again as its 17 days later and still I have not heard anything from them. Yet again, they had to come back to me for info. They called me back and said that it is not ready yet. They THINK it is a problem with the suppliers??!! And I must remember that they have a promotion going on, so for every client they need to order two sets and there for takes longer. Why then tell me that my specs would be ready in 5 to 7 working days? This is my 2nd time I had my eyes tested there - but most certainly my last. Also the mall's business hours are from 09:00 to 18:00, why does the optomotrist only work till 17:00? Had to make special arrangements to go during business and to my disgust this is the poor service I received. Communication is definitely not their strongest point.
