Neglect patients

I went to the Jack Hindon clinic when I found out I was pregnant. They created a file for me, and after that, they told me I had to wait for the doctor as she was on lunch. I waited for almost three hours. The lady at the reception then told me to come back the following day.

I went back to the clinic as early as I could. When I approached the reception, the receptionist told me to go outside. I waited again for a long period of time and still received no help. Eventually, they said I must go home again and come back another time.

My question is, until when are we going to be treated like this in a place where we are supposed to feel safe and be treated with care? Yes, we know we don't pay because we can't afford private clinics, but we shouldn't be ill-treated because of that. It is reaching a point where people suffer in pain because they feel unwanted in a place where they should receive help. It is honestly a shame that a lot of people have to be turned away when they desperately need assistance.
