Poor service

Been sitting in the waiting room for more than 2 hours and the nurses are just moving up and down for no specific reason... We r holding our files but it's like we are invisible... Please improve the services at Phedisong clinic it's really bad and poor... We also have things to do not to sit there the whole day... Being patients doesn't mean that we have to be banked here the whole day... It's really unprofessional...
