I dashni, took my mother to the hospital on15/02/2022 I did call the ambulance many time on this day my mother is a surger diabetes high blood pressure Asthmatic patient so my mother had then attack at home the first time I called the ambulance the lady on the phone had a attitude with me then I call again cause my mother had an attack again so I was so scare that I asked my neighbour to assist me with transport when I got to the hospital (phekelong district hospital free state Bethlehem) I asked for help the lady at the help dick refused to assist me then ask the security to help they then said together with the sister I must go look for help so I went to HR office in the hospital tell her what has happened then she told me that's good I supposed to go get a nurse myself cause us koelis likes everything for free she then saw my mother condition and still remained not help this is racial behaviour and breaks my heart to see South Africa's first response to refuse medical assistant I mean right we all have equal rights but my right and my mother's rights has been taken away from us if this matter does not be attended to I will go to social media will go to newspapers I will go to any means to as possible to get help because this is not fair to any human being my mother while she's in the premises I will sue this hospital a chart of the security of casualty helpers refused to give me their names and surnames and did not have any badgers on I know them by face cause they didn't give me there names...
