Bad service

Took my mother to the hospital because she was not feeling well, we drove all the way from Harrismith to Bethlehem and the Dr's attitude was appalling he was rude and not interested in what we had to say. He became very irritated when my mother could not remember the pain medication she took we brought along medication she was on and the way he reacted was shocking. We did n not expect this type of behavior from someone working at such high caliber hospital.
