Unfair treatment

After joining SA debt Review I struggle more than before financially. I raised my concern to the councillor who was suppose to assist me. I also raised my concern about losing my job. He sold a policy to me. Some guy phoned me and read the terms and conditions of the policy very quickly. Now I am in the situation where I lost my job. I never asked for a policy only to cover retrenchment. When I phone the councilor he was rude and said that he cannot help me further and I have to deal with my providers myself. This is very unfair and not what you promote. I did not ask for retrenchment cover I asked for job loss. How do I handle this further
