Mistreatment after operation of Lypoma

Health & Medicine

My mother date of birth 1952/11/27, She was admitted at Tembisa hospital on the 19/11/2019 to do operation of Lypoma its was done on the 21/11/2019 and she was discharged on the 23/11/2019.On that day when she was discharged she was bandaged on the chest, 2 days after she was complaining of the chest pains we took her back to Tembisa hospital we were informed to come back on the her check up date 04/12/2019, We then decided to take her to a private practitioner (GP doctor) he then informed us that my mother had burns (3RD DEGREE BURNS) but he couldn't confirm what kind of a substance that burned her, fast forward we took her to ARWYP hospital the doctor suggested to do scans he also confirmed that these were burns, We went back to Tembisa hospital we were referred to Quality Control Complaints last year 2020 (cant remember the date) we were told that Head of Doctors, Dr Kholo will be attending this matter, Dr Kholo saw my mother his response was whatever happened happens there is nothing he can do because the doctor (Dr Smith) that conducted the surgeon his no longer working at Tembisa hospital. My mother she on know mainly depend on pain killer tables.
All what we asking for let Dr Kholo and his team help my mother please am begging she is spending sleepless night poor old women this is sad indeed,
Please see attached pictures,
Your response will be highly appreciated.
