Poor customer service

I joined the gym 3 years ago and I wanted to cancel my membership in 2015 however I was told I had to pay a fee to cancel. I spoke to Bianca Buys the manager there, she took days to respond to me. I asked her to phone me she just ignored me. I then emailed her once again and asking if there was anyway she could help me because I could not afford it any longer and the cancellation fee was silly. she said that there was nothing she could do. Now I have a month left with this contract and I asked her to assist in cancelling it one month before the time and she just says no. I asked her her get the owner to phone me and she just ignores my emails. I am disgusted in the service body flo./ Bianca Buys has given. I have been paying for 3 years now and yet they wont even give me one month. they are sharks
