Failure to cancel contract within a month

Hi

I want to report that Body Culture in Beacon Bay refuses to cancel my contract with them I have notified them within a month of signing the contract that I have received a job interview and was moving to Johannesburg they have failed to cancel my contract and have continued to bill me for months of my relocation. I have received calls from their consultant and have explained that I no longer reside in EAST LONDON AND THEY HAVE LEFT ME HANGING WITH NO RESPONSE.

THEY THEN CALL ME TELLING ME MY ACCOUNT IS IN ARREARS AFTER MONTHS OF ME NOTIFYING THEM DUE TO THE INCOMPETENCE OF THE STAFF MEMBERS TO FOLLOW UP AND TO NOTIFY ME ON THE PROCEDURE OF CANCELLING MY GYM CONTRACT. MANY OF THESES FITNESS CENTRE'S ARE PUTTING US ON CREDIT BUREAU BECAUSE THEY REFUSE TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP I CANNOT PAY SUCH A HUGE BILL THAT I DID NOT USE AS i DID NOT USE THEIR FACILITIES. THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE AND ARE NOT FOLLOWING UP ON MY REQUEST FOR MY CONTRACT TO BE CANCELLED IN AN APPROPRIATE MANNER. PLEASE HELP CANCEL MT CONTRACT AND SEIZE THIS BILL THAT I HAVE NOT MADE. YOUR ASSISTANCE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED PLEASE ASSIST ME WITH A POSITVE RESPONSE FROM THIS GYM.
