How Game of Life plays with the home owners' money

Here below is an extract from one mail that I recently sent to Game of Life. It can serve both as an introduction to what I want to report, and a summary of the whole story

"Hi again,
Just a quick one: as indicated in Selene's mail below, Game of Life rented my house for R2500 only per day. I am not complaining as I did accept that rate from the beginning
I am just a bit surprised to see that the clients following yours end of December are not reluctant to paying R4000 per day, for an occupation period almost as long as your clients'. (same pick period!)... and only 15% commission will be deducted! "

Not only haven't I ever received any response to this mail or any other similar ones, but I one day made this strange discovery:

"Natisha:
Direct Client
R3000 pn
Told owner we charged 2750 pn. We retain 25% off this
Paid 50% deposit"

That was an internal note of Game of Life that I was not supposed to see, but that Malcolm sent to me in error, attached to a roster document. In fact, what was announced to me was not even R2750, but R2500

Also in the past, I discovered that over a certain period, while the rental income was over R30000, I had -R70 only in my pocket (R70 loss)
