Unresolved complaint

Hi

I refer to my complaint of 12 Nov 13 and Bonitas acknowledgement on 13 Nov :

Lodged our concerns on 4/10 and now face judgement from the hospital for R7500 to be paid by 13/11 apart from a R50 000 to the surgeon because they Bonitas say that the thyroid cancer was elective according to Lebo of Bonitas. It's cancer - that was malignant and spreading - how dare they say it's elective.

They have also refused to pay the general ward cost for the bed / room despite paying for the high care ward. Because we paid the top up amount to secure a private ward they have now renaged on their responsibilities towards the base cost of the hospitalisation. This despite paying everything else. Fair enough there was a billing discrepancy but that was sorted on 4/10.

Almost worst of all is failing to phone back countless of requests esp over the last 2 weeks. We are really worried and lost all hope.
