Bad Service, Bad Attitude

Looking forward to a great christmas lunch ended up in a disaster. On my 1st request and booking I made it very clear that I want to sit outside on the stoop and close to the dining area as old people will be accompany me, We had a previous experience, whereby a group of us, 15 in total had a awesome experience, sitting outside on the terrase. i changed my booking from 5 to 3. On arrival we were escorted to a tent. Reception was very poor and shampagne offered was hot. Immediately alerted the receptionist that my request was to sit outside, this ended up in a debate, defending theirr ignorance. The tent was accomodating - 300 if not more people, was very humid and hot inside, the display of food was pathetic and very untidy, empty platters were not refilled, with no sign of christmas decor. The waiters, yung girls and boys, not at all rounded off and equip for the rol and demand of the day, ordering still water, that was delivered hot, with no glasses, ordering wine, that was delivered unopened, and hot, and a note on a piece of paper for payment, After many arguments, we decided to leave on which the management offered us a voucher to return for a better experience
