Discovery/Vitality is getting greedy

Just a letter of recommendation, I know that you recruit very intelligent actuaries to do your stats on your data, but there are limits to how far you can go. I know you believe people with Diamond status, will stay with your brand for ever and ever as, you believe, in some basic principles of Porte's five forces analysis, some SWOT analysis to substantiate that it is to expensive for customer to leave due to Switching cost! Your product becomes exponentially more expensive, complicated, benefits are diminishing. Since I started about 6 years back.
* You miles discount dropped from 1% to 0.83% of the transaction
* Gym moved from free, to free on Diamond status to discounted rate only (present)
* Your Credit cards costs grew exponentially, not linked to inflation
* You dropped Vitality Carry overs credits, cut of gym and Polar watch credits that are exclusive of each other
* Pnp discount to Smart Shopper

Just to let you know if I will loose my Vitality Status due to over complication of your system. I will cancel my medical plan, Vitality and Platinum Card which are quite expensive in comparison to your competitors. Please think carefully before your actuaries suggest next chang
