The hospital has sent me an account for the shortfall, they'd enquired with Resolution about 3 times for reasons of non payment and resolution has failed to give proper feedback.
I checked my statement and saw that reasons for non payment were - H0252, SS108, NC096, H0266 AND H0286 and some of the other were just short paid without an reason stated. When I enquired with the hospital I was told that no feed back was provided to them and therefore I will be liable for these costs.
My argument is that this Hospital is DSP and they have an agreement/contract to waiver certain costs with Resolution that is why we are forced to go to these hospital, if they are not living up to the contract then Resolution should step forward and tell them that that is not what they agreed upon.
