I have to confess, I went into Specsavers hoping I would be seen by someone older with lots of experience. First I was greeted by a lady called Molly who saved me very well and who was very professional. My turn came and the Optometrist a young Lady called Sarisha attended to me. The service was second to none, I started wearing Specs in 2004 and no one had ever explained to me why I wear Specs, what my problem was other than to say I am short sighted and I needed Specs. Sarisha took her time to explain to me what my problem is, how my eye looks like and why I am wearing specs. For the first time I know why I wear specs. Hats off to MEDICROSS SPECSAVERS team (Sarisha and Molly) your service is second to none.
