AVOID IF LOOKING FOR MED AID!!!

2 too many years with this company. Staff rude, not trained, sure they went into a location and just picked up a butch of and filled the taxi and said here is a job for you. Takes forever to them to answer their calls and then the game of pass the buck starts... be aware it will take u a good hour to get little to nothing done with them. This med aid does not pay for most things and you will spend your life fighting with them. Most dr and chemists hate them!!! I believe from good sources that they are in the throw of having money issues (worry worry)... if you dont want sky high call charges, grey hair and a drinking problem... AVOID!!! Their in staff broker is useless wesley b. You have over charged me for this year as u claim not to have my income statement (lie) refuse to pay back and have not payed my pathology tests R 3000 . Instructed my bank to cancel debit order, so up yours with your 30 days notice... I have moved on!!! PS: do you know you are the only med aid on this site that has not even got 1 compliment!!! sis... that speaks for your service and product!!!
