Debiting my son's account without an agreement

I am so frustrated right now! i just found out that this company Medicare 24/Rob Edward has been debiting R64.00into my son's account without my knowledge. I have a debit order that goes into my son's savings every month from my account and he has never used the card, imagen if i didnt check up his balances then they would continue my child's money. So here i am thinking i am saving money for my child when some people are busy debiting money from it. Their contact numbers i got from the bank do not exist (011 3391508/03126615030) so which means i am not gonna get my hard earned money back
Who gave them the right to go into my child's account? Where do they get the audecity to mess with my child's future like that? Where did they get his details from? Am i suppose to save money under my bed now?
