Permiting dr orders without my permission

I received an sms notificatying me that R698 was debited into my account. when i went to the branch to enquire they said they cant stop nor reverse it as the description of the dr order does not allow it. i asked for contact details of the company debiting my account the consultant said they are not showing.

i asked for my money back she said they cant be able to help me. i entrust fnb with my money and now they allow vultures to take it without my approval and have a nerve to say they know nothing about these people nor can do anything to stop this practice.

please help i'm so broke i want my money back, this would've been money to pay for my child's school fees now dont know what to do.

i want to close this flippint back and take my account elsewhere after they've refunded me my money.
