Unfair practice - Vitality points transfe

Discovery is brilliant in capturing a member in its health and insurance products, using the vitality concept as an incentive medium to sustain low premiums and big rewards. It is by choice that members subscribe to these because they see logic in controlling the fate of premiums and rewards.
But what I feel is unfair is when they change the criteria to obtain these incentives, the biggest one is by not transferring over-and-above-threshold vitality points from one year to another, like they use to do for many years. Why change it? Was it working to well, and was it to easy to achieve your criteria? You must remember to achieve these criteria is not only a willingness to do healthy things and exercise, but it takes an enormous amount of money to do the fitness test (R1000 a shot per person), entry fees to races which has escalated quite some (i.e. R250 average per person per race) not to mention gym entry fees for some.
My suggestion is to retain the criteria to what it was when we joined the scheme. New members can consider your new rules and criteria.
We are in this for the long run. We ask that you support us to sustain that, else you are just a long term!
