Savings Payout

I resigned at Spectra med in June 2013, my savings was supposed to be paid out but never was, i spoke to person after person at the call centre to no avail, i then insisted on the nr for the head office, the i spoke to numerous people who NEVER phone back, Mel promised me my savings would be paid out on the 17th of Dec, in Jan i had to phone AGAIN because nothing was paid out i was told it would be paid out that Friday... guess what, NEVER HAPPENED, yet again i phoned and spoke to Jane who promised it would be paid out that Friday and guess what... AGAIN nothing was paid out, i tried to speak to Quincey Beukes supposedly the manager of all of them, he NEVER even bothered to phone me back, after getting advice from a lawyer and threatening them with the law eventually SEVEN MONTHS down the line they paid my savings out last Friday after lying to me for months on end and not once phoning me back!!! THE WORST MEDICAL AID ANYONE COULD EVER BELONG TO, THEY NEVER PHONE BACK AND JUST KEEP ON LYING TO YOU!!! I AM SO GLAD I NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN!!!
