Poor & expensive service

We went to the Fire & Ice Hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday.

The service and quality of the food was unacceptable and very expensive. The dish I ordered had quite a bit of unhealthy cooking oil at the bottom.

The waitress was hardly around to attend to our needs. We even had to resort to asking the bar tender for salt and pepper.

We where very mislead thinking that we where going to celebrate a special occasion at a special venue.
