Joined discovery after being treated with dignity at resolution health with promises of great service.

then my daughter needed immediate hospitalisation with a life threatening virus...

they refused her access to hospital.

after hourly call to discovery for 6 days in a row

promises from managers

confirmation they have proof of membership is in their possession it should be very simple

and every time i call they dont even know about the previous call and start the query all over again
