Signed and delivered and claiming never recieved

My wife phoned and requested refund information on how to go about getting a refund and the consultant explained. We sent the original slips as requested and even got the signature that all was in order this was done already on the 15th January. We then made a follow up and no records we found. The consultants asked we email proof that the claim was signed for to queries email adress whatever!!! We did do that and again the email is read already 2 times as I got a read receipte and nonone is intrested in getting back! I am even sure that by writing this complaint they wont even care to get back to us!!!
