Resort dog more important than guests

My dad offered me to spend a few days at the Little Swiss mountain chalets, as he was checking out early. While there our kids wanted to go on pony rides and play playstation games provided at the resort. There is this huge dog, a bull mastif I think, roaming freely around the reception area which also houses the area where games can be played, so My wife phoned reception and asked for the dog to be chained or removed from the area as the kids are scared of these animals. The white gentleman responded that he was not prepared to as the dog was very friendly, and has never bitten anyone. Try explaining that to a five year old! Where the do you find holiday resorts with potentially dangerous dogs roaming freely? Only at Little Swiss, where dogs take preference over paying guests. Which resort employs the service of an individual with little on no understanding of customer service? Again, only at Little Swiss. This is definitely our last visit!
