Great Response and Service for previous report

I would just like to thank Yasheel Manidutt on his professional and efficient service he provided. It turns out the salon I went to was informing clients that products could be claimed back via medical aid which is incorrect as they are not medical practitioners. Yasheel explained this to both me and took the initiative to call the salon and set the record straight with them too. Thanks for a job well done! Over the phone he handled the situation very professionally even though I was enraged/distressed.
