Pearl Of Wilderness Hotel
Hotel clossed on 7 December - no refund/response

We were booked at Pearl of Wilderness Hotel for 7 December 2013 - paid the deposit on 02.12 2013. Find them closed on 07.12.2013 - only to hear they've been closed by the sheriff of Court. On our way back 11 December we stopped there and they were back in business. The inexperienced staff tried to facilitate the situation but to no avail. The General Manager Hans Zuber was not prepared to talk to us and used his na? ve staff to come up with lame excuses. The last promise from Sarah Scott was that the owner (mr Palavar) will do
the refund. They are still advertised all over the internet - but up to now didn't even try to show some integrity in handling the incident.
